At Woodland, we brew beer that tastes like beer! In a world of craft beer that is more concerned with throwing the kitchen sink into every batch, we proudly brew traditional styles with a focus on lagers and barrel aging. With a 10 barrel brewhouse, we are able to produce fresh new batches regularly. We believe that patience and time are an extra ingredient in making beer and give our lagers adequate time to condition. Our barrel aged beer spends any where from one to three years developing before they are ready to be shared. We source many of our barrels from NYS distilleries, wineries, and cooperages with several of them winning awards across NYS and the USA.
